General conditions for your stay with us in Val Gardena

• - intermediate cleaning (25,00 Euro/hour)
• - small pets up to 5 kg (15,00 Euro/night) -> in summer, small pets are not allowed in garden apartments
• - electric car charging

• - to fix the booking, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay, to be paid within 1 week/10 days of booking
• - the reservation is considered binding after receipt of the deposit
  and after our written confirmation
• - by paying the booking deposit, the general conditions, in particular the cancellation conditions, are considered to be fully understood and legally accepted
• - in case of cancellation the deposit will not be refunded
• - we accept the following payment methods: bank transfer, cash, Visa, MasterCard and cash card
• - in January 2014 a local tax of € 2,50 per person and night was introduced in South Tyrol. Children and young people under the age of 14 are exempt from the tax. The local tax is due on departure and will be indicated separately on the invoice.

• - cancellations up to 1 month before arrival will incur a charge of 30% of the total booking price (deposit)
• - cancellations between 4 weeks and 1 week before arrival will incur a charge of 60% of the total booking price (deposit plus 30%)
• - cancellations within 7 days before arrival and up to the day before arrival will incur a charge of 80% of the total booking price (deposit plus 50%)
• - in the event of late arrival, early departure or no-show, charges amounting to 100% of the total booking price will be incurred
• - cancellation must be made in writing

A lot can happen up to your arrival and during your holiday! To avoid unpleasant situations, we recommend that our valued guests take out travel insurance.
For this purpose we recommend the HGV Cancellation Insurance of the "Europäische Reiseversicherung":

• - the apartments can be occupied from 2.30 p.m., on the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate the apartments by 9.00 a.m.
• - if you arrive after 7.00 p.m., please inform us in advance
• - during the periods from mid-June to mid-September and from Christmas to the end of March, arrivals and departures are only possible on Saturdays
